• After two centuries of observation, the protoss have noticed how the terrans of the Koprulu Sector have been able to advance their technology at a staggering pace, despite seemingly being embroiled in a state of perpetual conflict. However, this has been at the cost of the biospheres of many worlds. Bound by the dictates of the Dae'Uhl, the protoss are forbidden from interfering with the terrans' actions, regardless of how much they may wish to do so.^[1]
