Archer is a member of Radio Liberty. For reasons the group refused to divulge, he was in the foothills of a world when he came across a crashed protoss ship. He brought back a protoss data system, which the group analyzed and distributed.[1]
When Radio Liberty began investigating the disappearance of Terran Dominion ghosts, their headquarters were raided by a group of masked intruders. Archer and Mel were taken by the group.[2][3]
After the Defenders of Man Insurgency, the two remained missing.[4]
