Balisong
From StarCraft Wiki
A balisong, otherwise known as a butterfly knife, is a folding pocket knife with two handles counter-rotating around the tang such that, when closed, the blade is concealed within grooves in the handles. They remain as a type of terran weapon in the 26th century.[1]
Gabriel Tosh is known for using one.[2]
