Barris Schmidt is the current commandant of the Ghost Academy. He was responsible from the move of the Ghost Academy from Ursa to Augustgrad. In 2511, he approved Tanya Caulfield's petition to leave the Ghost Program, instructing her to see Colonel Davis Hartwell in ten days time to finalize her departure.[1]
