Belloc is a terran shuttle pilot in Raynor's Raiders, his craft attached to the Hyperion. With the return of the Hyperion to Char after the emergency warp jump performed by Matt Horner, Belloc was sent down to retrieve Jim Raynor and his surviving soldiers.
Belloc is a short, round man who laughs a lot, often at the most inappropriate times.
