Judicator Blackman is a protoss mercenary and the leader of Blackman's Reavers. He appears in Mercenaries.

It is likely that the name "Blackman" is simply an alias.

[edit] Biography

Blackman was seemingly a member of the Judicator Caste, given his title. When and how he left however, is unknown. Although his claim that he's "traveled from one side of the galaxy to the other" is almost certainly an exaggeration, it can be assumed that he's nonetheless traveled and seen a great deal. He's also extremely proficient with psionic powers, even able to use it as a projectile weapon.

By the aftermath of the Brood War, Blackman was leading a mercenary unit, noted for its use of War Reavers. He offered his services to the Terran Dominion to help deal with the New Trinidad Pirates.
