Dave Shramek is a game designer and writer.
Shramek graduated from UT with a BA in Radio Television and Film. Prior to that he was a computer science student. However, he was drawn to writing and storytelling however and switched majors halfway through. The sum total of that experience, however, led to his employment with Fever Pitch Studios as a designer. He helped craft stories and worlds for various RPGs and RTS pitches, also writing the scripts and in-game cinematic moments for various milestone submissions.
In addition to games writing and design, he is the co-author of the StarCraft: Frontline stories Weapon of War and Orientation. Prior to this he had experience in playing StarCraft in college, enjoying it but often losing.
