David Kim (Kim Tae Hyun) is the current senior game designer for StarCraft II,[1] and served as a game balance designer on the game.[2][3]

He has participated in all four Battle Reports, winning all four of them.[4][5][6][7]

His team also won the BlizzCon 2009 2 vs 2 exhibition match, where the call of "nerf David Kim" was heard.[8]

He constantly watches esports matches in order to help with game design.[9]


Alarak is one of his favorite characters.[10]
