The Death Head is a special type of reaper used in Left 2 Die. In addition to larger jetpacks, the Death Head wields P-55 pistol and D-9 charge. When the player researches reapers, two Death Heads arrive in drop pods as well.

A number of Death Heads also participated in the defense of the Korhal Palace from the resurgent Zerg Swarm and Raynor's Raiders.
