Diamondback tank
From StarCraft Wiki
The diamondback tank is a hover-tank, very similar to the cobra, available in the Wings of Liberty campaign.[1]
It can fire while moving.[2]

It might have something to do with the Diamondback Wastelands. The diamondback is a type of snake (like the cobra).
