General Dodds is a general of the Umojan Protectorate.
Dodds became aware of groups settling Sarengo Canyon, the crash site of the Sarengo on Umoja and a restricted zone. Despite not knowing why the groups settled there, Dodds ordered a commander to remove them, authorizing the use of deadly force if necessary.
