Elois Magwitch, nicknamed "Mags", was an enforcer in service to the crime lord Fagin. The crime lord considered Mags to be of little value.
Mags was called to defend Fagin's HQ from a rogue telepath, mainly as a distraction, as Fagin didn't expect him to even survive. Due to the target's psionic powers, he failed miserably.
