Evil Awoken is the third and final mission of the Whispers of Oblivion prequel campaign for Legacy of the Void.

Zeratul and his forces infiltrated the Temple of Erris, in order to retrieve the final part of the xel'naga prophecy.^[1]

The mission is similar to the "Whispers of Doom" mission in Wings of Liberty. Zeratul is controlled directly by the player as a hero unit.^[1]
