Feederlings are weak and small zerg creatures. Associated with eggs and cocoons, they have no combat ability. A number of them are/were present in Char's nydus network.[1]
Game Unit
Edit
Feederlings can't be selected (it can be reverted on the map editor), but can be targeted, and can still be ordered to move via triggers. They appear in the Wings of Liberty missions Haven's Fall,[2] Piercing the Shroud[3] and Belly of the Beast.[1] They are selectable in Aiur Chef however, in which case, they possess the same unit portrait as larvae.[4]
