The Carbot Zergling Co-op commander is an April Fool's 2016 joke from Blizzard Entertainment. It was announced to be a commander in Co-op Missions. It is based on the zergling design from StarCrafts.[1]

A bold new direction for a Co-op commander, the carbot zergling with both an adorable expression and a ruthless thirst for combat. It will speed into your opponent's heart as well as their bases. Though a lowly member of the Zerg Swarm, the Carbot zergling is a heavy hitter when it comes to laughs and vicious surprises.
The Carbot zergling is recommended for players with an excellent sense of humor. It has powerful abilities such as lick and tail wag.[1][2]
