Power links are structures that provide power to a Psi Destroyer. Only one is required but more can be used to maintain the psi destroyer's field active.[1]
During the invasion of Korhal during the Second Great War, the Terran Dominion activated the psi destroyer as a planetary defense. Dehaka and the primal zerg, immune to the destroyer's effects, infiltrated the orbital platform holding the destroyer and destroyed the power links to shut down the destroyer, allowing Kerrigan's Swarm to destroy it.

- While the psi destroyer is shut down, the other power links on the map power down and become invincible, to prevent the player from destroying them until the psi destroyer reactivates.
