How do I change the starting minerals on a ums map?
Condition trigger: Always (treated as start of game) or Elapsed time (some very low value, such as one second) or even commands one command center.
Use the action trigger "set resources" to something like "Modify resources for [current] player: Add  ore and  Vespene."
Do not use the preserve trigger ability, otherwise the player will keep losing (or possibly gaining) resources inappropriately. PsiSeveredHead 22:40, 1 October 2007 (UTC)
