Garth Duke was a member of the Duke Family-one of the Old Families of the Terran Confederacy. He was known for making a scene at celebratory events. The 15th birthday party of November Terra was no exception, Duke coming to the conclusion that the punch bowl was a wading pool. One of the servants managed to head him off before he made a scene however. Or rather, more of one.
