The Gheilia Plateau is the single unique geographic feature of the planet of Ullalah II. Surrounded for hundreds of kilometers by some of the least seismically active flatlands on the planet, the existence of the small plateau has remained a mystery to geologic survey teams for years, Dr. Oswald Connor among them. Core samples of the earth appeared to indicate that the plateau has always been a feature of the landscape. Unfortunately, study of the plateau is limited as it provides an important vantage point of prime military importance to all three sides in the Ullalahian civil war.
