Gystt is a planet under the control of the Zerg Swarm, and the site of a planetary revitalization effort.
In a prior war, Gystt was purified by the protoss. Due to the extent of the purification, the planet was thought to be irreparable. Years after the End War, Overqueen Zagara began to nurture new life on the planet, and requested Emperor Valerian Mengsk of the Terran Dominion aid her. To verify her claims, Valerian sent a team of Dominion and Daelaam personnel to the planet.[2]
