Khor-shakal

The Khor-shakal ("Great Forum") was a fortress located on Aiur. It was from here that the Conclave ruled over the protoss.[1]
During the Protoss Civil War the Conclave was calling its headquarters the Heart of the Conclave. This was destroyed by Tassadar and his Dark Templar allies.[2]
