Doctor Maddie Wilson was a Umojan Protectorate scientist assigned to Research Station EB-103.
When Sarah Kerrigan was taken to the facility at the end of the Flashpoint Conflict, Wilson met her there to brief her on the experiments they would do. She told Kerrigan and Jim Raynor that Kerrigan would be in isolation for the tests, and that she would be observed through monitors.[1]
