Orbital spacecraft

Orbital Spacecraft is a general term for large terran passenger ships, as opposed to the smaller puddle-jumpers. In essence, they are the equivalent of modern day airliners, albeit being equipped to reach escape velocity to escape a planet. To this end, they take off vertically, leaving contrails in their wake. Despite their size, they can actually fly quite gracefully.
