Quiet voice is a unique psionic power wielded by Colin Phash. By concentrating, he can shift his mental energy. Not only does this prevent the zerg from sensing him psionically, it causes them to ignore him as if he were another zerg.
The power can be disrupted by psi-screens or other telepaths.
The Terran Dominion considered this power to be a mystery which needed to be solved. For this reason, the Ghost Program considers Phash to be particularly special.[1]
