RISK: StarCraft, a Risk board game produced by USAopoly, will come out in May 2012.[1] There will be three play modes, and the game comes with 290 custom playing pieces.[2][3]
Terrans, zerg and protoss will be playable,[2] and the game can be played by 2-6 players. There will be two heroes per race, including the Queen of Blades and Jim Raynor. The game is based on Wings of Liberty, but will not include elements from Heart of the Swarm. The game is intended to be easy for new players to pick up, and its play style is akin to classic RISK.[1]
As of February 2012, the game is still in development. Even the box art may change before final release.[1] Its suggested North American retail price is $49.90.[2]
