Rishagar is a female Khalai protoss. She is smaller than most protoss, and very slender.
Rishagar was among the Khalai who settled on Shakuras. She helped Korlendir and Vartanil overcome their addictions to Sundrop through communing with them in the Khala. There she verified that their stories of surviving Aiur and of one of the last preservers, Zamara, being within the mind of a human named Jake Ramsey, were true.[1]
