Sergeant Ruxby was a Terran Confederacy marine sergeant. He served alongside Isaac White in the Guild Wars.
Ruxby directed a convoy across a bridge on Gamma Dorian after bomb technician Isaac White gave the all clear. White realized he made a mistake, and passed the warning to Ruxby, but too late. The bomb exploded.[1]
