Steve was a terran who followed anti-Dominion rebel/terrorist Cliff Nadaner. A few years after the Brood War, he found himself on Tyrador VIII, looking forward to another opportunity to kill as many people as possible. He never got this chance however, as he and the rest of Nadaner's band were killed by a Dominion ghost.
