Stone guardians are powerful stone statues of zealots used by the Tal'darim to defend an alien artifact on Monlyth.
The stone guardians have eyebeam weapons which resemble those of the colossus, though stone guardians can also attack air units.
They look like normal zealot statues before being activated.[1]

Added by Rond0The stone guardians will appear in Blizzard All-Stars as some sort of a "boss" that, when defeated, fights on the side of the players that defeated them. They outrange towers, forcing the other side's heroes to target them fast.[2][3]
Notes
Edit
The stone guardians do not possess unit portraits.[1]
They were known as "stone zealots" during development.[4]
