Scantids[]

I haven't seen such theories mentioned in canon. Anyway, this is almost certainly not the case. Defilers were created artificially rather than mutated and besides, if they came from Scantids, Korhal would have been invaded. Besides, the zerg possessed Defilers during Episode I, courtesy of the Incubus Brood.--Hawki 23:11, 11 December 2007 (UTC)

Burrow[]

I believe burrow for all zerg units uses hotkey U and not B

"U" is for using burrow, but the hotkey for researching burrow is "B". Kimera 757 (talk) 00:22, 25 January 2009 (UTC)

Article Seperation[]

Given the ammount of info on Defiler game strategies, would it be prudent to move them to a gameplay article akin to the ones we already have for the likes of the marine and dark templar?--Hawki 09:15, 1 February 2009 (UTC)

Okay, done. Kimera 757 (talk) 15:19, 1 February 2009 (UTC)

-- Why are the notable Defilers in extremely tiny articles on their own? Does it hurt too much to merge them with the original so that readers don't have to spread out to read a single paragraph worth of information with the same pic? It also makes things harder to keep up with. Colonel Marksman 20:13, 14 April 2009 (UTC)

It's simply for organization. If we merged the unique defilers with the same page, that would make the article organized differently from the rest of the unit pages. Thus, it must stay the same. --Thebrowncloud 20:29, 14 April 2009 (UTC)

Article splits generally happen when the gameplay section grows. Most unit articles are still integrated as nobody has seen fit to work on their gameplay sections in a meaningful manner. You can be assured that if that happened we'd be splitting a lot more articles. - Meco (talk) 20:32, 14 April 2009 (UTC)
