"The same powers" as Nova?[]
When Angelini was in the process of wiping Nova and Lio's memories, he told Nova that her powers wouldn't work in that room because he had "the same powers." I dunno about you, but my first thought was that he had telekinesis, since that is the only one of Nova's powers that would help her get out of there. This would also make his PI at least 7. Thoughts? EDIT: My bad. I forgot to sign. =P --Thebrowncloud 02:53, January 7, 2010 (UTC)

To be telekinetic, you need to be at least PI 8.
He's probably a powerful psychic, since he could cancel Colin Phash's quiet voice (and Phash is a PI 7.5), but it could just be a special ability of Angelini's.
Nova could have been using telepathy against him, but if so the room was still canceling it. So to guess Angelini's PI based on that is speculation. PSH aka Kimera 757 (talk) contribs) 02:49, January 7, 2010 (UTC)
Well, the room that Nova was in was what was rendering her powers useless this time, not Angelini. Also, using telepathy against him wouldn't save Nova from the room anyway. It would only confirm her thoughts that she was about to be wiped. And if Angelini were to mean his telepathy when he said he had the same powers as Nova, that would be redundant because everyone in the Academy, besides Cistler, is a telepath (or at least one would assume at least the superintendent is). Unless Nova has some kind of mind control power, telekinesis is really the only thing that makes sense to hamper and also the only known unique ability that Nova has for it to be necessary for Angelini to mention that he has as well. --Thebrowncloud 04:06, January 7, 2010 (UTC)
Still waiting for my copy of the manga to arrive, though for what it's worth, I'm inclined to agree with cloud. In the powers section, maybe "there is evidence that Angelini" possesses telekinesis" or something similar can be posted as opposed to stating it outright, based on the level of ambiguity.--Hawki 08:08, January 7, 2010 (UTC)
