how about a plot summary?

You can sign your comments by putting four ~ after your post.

You can write one if you want. I didn't write one as the novel was so terrible... I couldn't write an unbiased plot summary due to the bias I have against it. PsiSeveredHead 18:35, 8 July 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Timeline Issues

Concerning Amdor, he DID know about the Dark Templar allying with the Aiur protoss, going on about Tassadar not being a hero, how he wanted to return to Aiur to prevent their influence from spreading.

And Duke's months of no combat isn't really an exageration, considering the ammount of time between his actions on Char and on Bhekar Ro. A degree of speculation is involved, but from what I've worked out here, approximatly three months pass beween the early stages of Char and Bhekar Ro. Besides, a gap between SC1 and BW is needed, as Kerrigan had been on Shakuras for "some time" corrupting Raszagal, yet is on Char at the end of Episode III.--Hawki 20:55, 17 December 2007 (UTC)

I meant more in the sense of Aldaris agreeing to go to Shakuras, which I saw as more of an alliance with the Dark Templar as a whole, whereas previously it was primarily an alliance with Zeratul and his followers. In any event, looking at the timeline, I do see your point about the timeframe. I guess it just seemed a lot shorter when playing the game. -- Dark T Zeratul 13:01, 18 December 2007 (UTC)

Concerning some canon issues;

  • There's nothing out of place with Amdor wanting to return to Aiur. The story takes place before Brood War and as such, before the evacuation order was given.
  • Kerrigan's claim of having the cerebrates isn't a mistake really. Kagg is dead, but he's the exception. Stating that she has the Broods and their Cerebrates is simply an application to said Broods where a Cerebrate exists. I'm not entirely sure about Tiamat, but there's nothing to suggest otherwise.--Hawki 06:05, 20 March 2008 (UTC)
