The UED Council, also referred to as the ruling council, is the governing body of the United Earth Directorate.
History[]
The UED Council finally agreed to take control over the Koprulu sector after witnessing the steady advancement of the zerg infestation and the maneuverings of the protoss throughout the terran colonies[1]. When it became clear that the Koprulu colonies were losing strength, the ruling council considered it was the perfect time to establish control over its distant cousins[2] and decided unanimously to send Admiral Gerard DuGalle.[3]
