Insane FFA is not an easy achievement to get, but there is a quick and simple way to earn it. Pick the map Lava Flow as terran. Keep remaking the map until you get a corner spot top left or bottom right. From here load your SCVs and liftoff and move to the corner. If done successfully the enemy will not have seen you and the chance of them stumbling upon you during most of the fight is unlikely.
As soon as you get the chance expand to the opposite corner but make sure you have enough missile turrets guarding your bases. By this time there should be only one enemy left and all you have to do is mass battlecruisers that are completely upgraded and scan all of the resource spots to see where exactly his bases are.
The remaining Insane opponent should be sending what small air forces it has toward your bases, but should not be enough to do any damage with, as long as he does not land troops. The battlecruisers should be able to take out the entire force he massed due to the lack of anti-air, but go for the bases first, make him come to you. 20 battlecruisers should do the trick.
