Major Vitkauskas is a Terran Dominion officer of the Ghost Program. She briefed Emperor Valerian Mengsk on matters of war.
When the Broodmother Mukav approached the Dominion to ask for aid in 2511, Vitkauskas informed Valerian on the history of the planet Gystt, and offered the apparently-exiled protoss researcher Ulavu in order to aid with negotiations with the Daelaam fleet threatening to purify the planet.[1]
