Template:Characterbox no image Welke is a Terran Ghost and a former member of the Ghost Program, though it is unknown whether this was under the Terran Confederacy or Terran Dominion. At some point she joined Hale's Commandos, participating in the civil war on Surtur V. However, she seemed more interested in playing cards than fighting.
It is possible that she is related to Ewan Welke.
